REPAIR SPRAY Repair spray for flat tyres: repairs and reinflates instantly. Our Repair Spray repairs and instantly reinflates flat tyres without having to change the inner tube. This type of rapid and simple fix allows you to continue your ride without having to do a repair. The fix isn't long-lasting as the product that is injected dries out in a few days. It is advisable to change the inner tube or to repair it. The Repair Spray becomes less effective against punctures larger than 2mm. Quick and easy: No need to change the inner tube whilst out. Compatible with all types of bike: All types of tyres - tubeless or standard with inner tubes. Easy to carry: Compact, it can be attached to the bike with a mounting system. Directions for use: 1. Find and remove the object causing the puncture. 2. Turn the wheel so the valve is at the top (at 12 o'clock position). 3. Vigorously shake the aerosol for a while. 4. Choose the correct fitting for your valve (the aerosol has two fittings: Presta and Schraeder). 5. Securely screw the fitting on the valve. 6. Empty the contents of the aerosol into the tyre. NB: at this point, the aerosol should be face down. 7. Turn the wheel to ensure an even distribution of the product. 8. Cycle 1 to 2 km then reinflate your tyre to the right pressure. Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurized container: may explode under the effect of heat. Toxic to aquatic life causing long-term harmful effects. If medical attention is needed, take this container or label. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and all other sources of ignition. No smoking. Don't spray near a naked flame or any other source of ignition. Don't pierce or burn even after use. Keep away from direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C / 122°F. Dispose of the contents / container according to local regulations. Do not use for a usage other one than the one for which the product is intended.

TUBELESS REPAIR KIT Repair Kit for Tubeless Tyre The Tubeless Repair Kit is a kit of tools essential for repairing a MTB Tubeless tyre. The kit includes 6 plugs (3 x Ø 2mm + 3 x Ø 4mm) and the needle tool, needed to insert the plug in the tyre. The Tubeless Repair Kit gives cyclists the possibility to have a permanent repair solution for punctures to their bike whilst out riding. Simple to use: No need to remove the tyre. Durable: Permanently seals punctures up to 5mm for extended tyre life. Storage: The box makes it easy to transport in a bag and preserves the plugs over time. Versatile: Integrated tool for tightening the valve core and option to attach a spare chain link (link not included). Directions for use: Place the tyre plug on the punctured tyre: 1. Turn your wheel to find the air escaping. Extract any object still in there causing the puncture. 2. Insert the plug through the eye of the needle. 3. Insert the needle tool into the hole using the file to clear it if needed. 4. Forcefully pull out the tool by turning your wrist. 5. Reinflate the tyre if required. The plugs supplied in these kits are recommended for punctures between 1 and 5mm. For smaller punctures, we advise you use the Z Sealant range and for anything larger, to change the tyre. The user can chose to plug the tool in advance with a diameter they see fit in order to save time out on the road.

EXTRA DRY WAX Premium wax-based lubricant Our Zéfal Extra Dry Wax lubricant, composed of a specific formulation of wax and water, keeps your transmission clean and quiet by efficiently repelling dirt and dust.The wax film provides excellent corrosion protection and lubrication with outstanding durability in dry weather. An application can then last up to 500 km on road biking and 200 km on mountain biking. If used in wet conditions, it is recommended to reapply the lubricant after each ride.  Ideal in dry weather: Outstanding durability Clean chain: Clean lubrication with this wax. Friction reduction: Smoother pedalling and a quieter drivetrain. Non-oily protective film: Efficiently repels dust and dirt. Drip-regulation safety cap: Easy application. Directions for use: In case of a first application of the Extra Dry Wax (on a new or already lubricated and dirty chain) : 1. Degrease the chain by soaking it in a suitable degreaser such as our Zefal Bike Degreaser or Disc Break Cleaner. Thoroughly clean the chain to remove any grease, oil or particles. For this you can use our Zéfal ZB Clean brush specifically developed for cleaning the transmission. This step is essential before applying our Zéfal Extra Dry Wax lubricant to ensure optimal performance. 2. Rinse and let it dry properly. 3. Shake the bottle well before use. Apply the lubricant generously and uniformly inside the chain. 4. Wait until the water in the product has evaporated and the white colour has disappeared. We advise to apply the product several hours before riding. The product must be colourless and invisible, the chain must be dry. For applications on a chain already lubricated with the Zéfal Extra Dry Wax: it is not necessary to degrease the chain. Simply remove the wax residue with a dry cloth and repeat the protocol described above from step 3. It is necessary to reapply after a wet ride or after cleaning the bike with a water jet. 2. Rinse and dry using a cloth. 3. Apply a moderate amount of Extra Dry Wax on the chain while rotating the pedals. 4. Wipe any excess lubricant off the chain. 5. Wait at least 5 minutes before riding.

Degrease and clean the chain using, for example, Zéfal Bike Degreaser and the ZB Clean brush. Effective lubrication can only be achieved on a clean, degreased chain. 2. Rinse and dry using a cloth. 3. Apply a moderate amount of Pro Wet Lube on the chain while rotating the pedals. 4. Wipe any excess lubricant off the chain.

Z SEALANT Anti-puncture Sealant The Z Sealant was designed to prevent punctures. The latex-based-formula obstructs punctures up to 3 mm for secure riding. The product is suitable for all types of pressure, low or high. Contains less than 1% ammonia: Won’t damage your tires. Easy touse: Injected into the valve stem or directly into a tubeless tire. Mounting instructions: 1. Unscrew the upper end of the tubeless valve and remove the core (using a valve core tool) 2. Shake the bottle containing the "Z Sealant" preventive liquid well. 3. Connect the hose to the tubeless valve. 4. Pour the quantity of product adapted to the size of your tyre (refer to the indicative table on the bottle). 5. Tighten the valve core using the tool. 6. Inflate the tyre to the desired pressure or the pressure recommended by the tyre manufacturer. 7. Rotate the wheel in several directions to distribute the product inside the tyre Directions for use Product life of at least 6 months with regular use in temperate conditions.
