Terms and conditions

Products in the web shop are sold by Oy Huntteri Ab, business ID 0000000-0. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to the prices and postage.


The products are ordered online at the address http://huntteri.fi by using shopping cart functionality.

All orders are confirmed by e-mail which states the order price, delivery costs and ordered items. In order to receive an order confirmation, an e-mail address must be specified when ordering.

The customer accepts the terms of delivery which are effective when placing the order.


Orders can be paid by using payment methods defined by the web shop administrator.


We will deliver the products when the payment is shown on our bank account. We do not deliver products by using payment on receipt. Payments are made to the bank account 12345-67890 Oy Huntteri Ab. Orders outside Finland are paid with the following details: IBAN FI12345-67890, BIC/SWIFT 1234567890. We manage orders during the opening hours as soon as the payment is made. If the chosen payment method is payment in advance with bank transfer, we will reserve the ordered products for 5 weekdays after which the order will aborted if the payment has not been made during this time.


We deliver ordered products as soon as possible. Depending on bank transaction delays this will take 1-3 weekdays after the payment is made. We deliver orders to other EU countries as air cargo.


Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can view delivery costs after you have selected payment and delivery methods for your shopping cart.


As defined in the Finnish law, the customer has a right to return the products or get a refund for 14 days after the purchase. These right of return only applies to unused and vendible products in the original packaging.

Customer number, name, address, phone number
Bank account
and copy of the order confirmation send by Oy Huntteri Ab

We do not accept product returns over 14 days after the delivery. When the return is accepted, payment will be made directly to the customer's bank account after the return is managed.

Problems with delivery and damaged products

If a product has gone missing or received damage during the delivery or wrong product is delivered, the customer immediately notify the web shop owner by email () or mail:

Notification regarding invalid delivery or damaged product must be made in 14 days after receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the post delivery, refund request should be immediately send to the postal office.


We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. The customer must view the currently effective terms of delivery before placing an order.

Oy Huntteri Ab will manage all customer information with full confidentiality.
